Replacing the battery in a Mega CD Backup RAM Cart

Is there a way to change the battery in a CD Backup RAM Cart that no longer saves games? If so, is there a tutorial on how to do it?

Is there a way to change the battery in a CD Backup RAM Cart that no longer saves games? If so, is there a tutorial on how to do it?

Thanks.

1. Open the cardridge, if no screws, then with knife from side and gently broken the 2 covers off each others.

2. Remove the battery.

3. By a similar size li-ion battery

4. Instal the new battery

5. Screw or glue back the covers.
