nobody mentioned the limited acclaim releases in japan, like virtual bart and batman forever. those are usually $500

I think Tintin in Tibet is quiet rare, however I don't think it's one of the rarest. Daze Before Christmas is also quiet rare.

Tetris is definately by far the rarest game on MD, with about 5 copies existing. It sells for several thousand Dollars usually.
There are also carts from Blockbuster video competitions that are very rare.
The late Acclaim games are rare in Japan too, as someone said before me.
The Super Fighter Team releases would also count as rare. Super Fighter team had 1500 copies I believe, Legend of Wukong probably fewer.
Action 52, Whac-a-Critter and some other unlicensed games are rare too.
lol how is it really that bad though? i'm just confused as to what reasons people have to why it sucks that bad. it certainly isn't as bad as something like divine sealing or Barbie Super Model; truly bad games. graphics are good, music is alright, gameplay is mediocre and hard, two player is okay. my only problem is the gadgets are hard as hell to do
the game is not that terrible, itīs just not good either. I think back in the day many would forgive its lackluster gameplay because of the cool digi graphics for the time. A bit like Altered Beast... graphically impressive for its time, but when that does not blind you anymore you find a pretty boring game.
people on eBay jacked up the price of Micheal Jacksons Moonwalker in the days after he died. I think i saw some of them going for over $500, and most were going for less than $20 just a few weeks before. I remember that because i just got my Genesis in April 2009, and MJ died later that June. I was scouring ebay looking for games during that summer.
I never understood why Hyperstone Heist is considered rare and goes for so much. Back in the early 2000's at my local exchange you would always see 5 to 10 copies CIB for around 5$ each usually a buck loose
I have me a first run Beggars Princeits the cooler cover
