That is correct, although nowadays most TVs have both 50hz and 60hz options, the only problem is when playing some PAL games on NTSC systems, that can cause problems. My PAL copy of Panzer Dragoon runs kinda strange on my NTSC Saturn. Originally Posted by OldSchool
