I didn't list the games you mentioned, I said some of the games on the list have better PC versions and if you have access to a decent PC you should get them for the PC.The games you listed are console exclusive.
I was talking about the physics engine, the game is far from depending.It was in the first game, and is still there in the second.It's in the console version,but they are stuck roughly 30fps so it's less noticeable.
