Honestly, just the fact that there are extra games not included in our lists (and our own, Olls and mine thus far, having differences here and there) tells me just how awesome the Genesis must indeed be.

This proves my theory more and more that there could be a good top 250 of great Genesis/MD titles. The Genesis rocks.

All games? Not that I know of, but I could make one.

We should make an official Top-100 thread one day where we would post our lists, count the votes, and see what an "official" Top-100 list would look like.

It has been done already. I can't find the thread right now, but we didn't get past a reliable top 50 due to lack of votes.
I'd rather get our master list back and perhaps expand on it with obscurities and unreleased games and whatnot.
