Yes, they recover from all diseases if you rest for a while. As long as you don't let them die if they're bitten.

Daaaaamn. I guess I'm guilty of recklessly killing infected members too. I killed Villahed94 (with much regret) and Joe Redifier (not so much regret
) and left Rusty and Flygon alone. Only two of them reported being infected with G-Viruses. Didn't encounter a T-Virus. What's the difference anyways?

They're both referencing Resident Evil. The G-Virus is just a mutated version of the T-Virus basically. I don't know if there's any difference between them in this game.
