I don't play old stuff for nostalgia, I play old stuff because the games are better.

Nah. Only the first- and third-stage tunes really stood out for me. I prefer Lightening Force's soundtrack as far as "Genesis hard rock" goes.

The problem with game's music isn't the composition, it's the crap instrumentation. The game on the other hand is pretty good, a bit cluttered, but still good.

    Less talk more action!

I don't think the instrumentation is crap at all -- what sort of instrumentation would you prefer?

The instruments they use are crap.crap guitars everywhere, listen to Battle Mania Daiginjou or Thunderforce 4 for good guitars.I will cut it a little a slack because the game is old.

    Less talk more action!

The music is awesome. I like Thunder Force IV's music a whole lot, but I don't want it to sound like Thunder Force IV, because it's MUSHA.

The only thing overrated about this game is the astronomic asking price.

It's a Compile game, it's longer than other shooters in the era.

Not too mention there is nothing worse than a super long shooter. Long usually implies eventually tedious, and by the time I get to the end of MUSHA, I am satisfied enough to quit.

Cart goes for maybe $40-60? I know complete copies go for about $80 (USD) on evilBay.
