Road Avenger is also one of the best FMV games ever, and good for some laughs for shocking action that's so over-the-top and impossible... I love driving into that hotel dining room, or whatever that is. lol

While not a hilarious game in itself, Worms is pretty funny when they die and bounce around from explosions and such.

NBA Jam/TE: insane dunks, dangerous chickenwing elbows, and freak secret characters.
Eternal Champions: the T Rex chomping down a leg.
Cutey Suzuki's Ringside Angel: wholly ridiculous.
Contra Hard Corps: a total laugher, particularly the idiotic taglines--"It's payback time". Nearly the worst game on the Genesis.
And then there's Predator 2.......

ToeJam & Earl is supposed to be funny? REALLY? Sure, they burp, but lots-o-laughs that does not create. I really never understood the appeal of this game on any level. It has no redeeming qualities.

Anyway, Panic is a great game just because it is just so god damned random. You laugh at it because it is so bizarre. Laughing is your only defense to the WTF-ness. Road Avenger is another great one. You almost run over kids, you destroy helicopters and fuel tankers tip over and explode for no other reason other than to try to stop you. To this day every time I see a fuel tanker on the road, I imagine it tipping over and exploding for NO REASON just like in Road Avenger and my day suddenly becomes much better.
