If you mean Tecmo Cup Football Game - The game is complete. It just didn't get released because of Sega Europe's policy regarding third party games. I'm not sure what all the details are, but it's the same reason why Splatterhouse 3 and a bunch of other games never got released in Europe. The rom is out there though.

^I never said the game wasnt complete just it never saw the light of day. Im happy the rom exists. I have been playing Captain Tsubasa 3 in spanish for far too long. The final games are so hard I am not sure if the ending is translated.

I call Tecmo Cup Football for Genesis "Captain Tsubasa Gaiden"

I don't know lol, that's why I said I'm not sure. I remember reading about it on here a few years back. I think there might even be an article that talks about it in one of the features. It might have been one of the interviews. Maybe one of the site admins would know better. From what I recall the idea was they were limiting the number of third party developed games for either financial/legal reasons or to boost the visibility of their first party stuff.

Sounds like Nintendo of America's third party policy during the 80s .

I had a word from a former Sega Espaņa employee, who also worked in noted Spanish game magazine "Super Juegos", that planned European releases of games like Golden Axe III, Rolling Thunder 3, Splatterhouse 3 and Tecmo Cup Football Game were all affected by the flop of the Mega-CD in Europe, which caused to Sega Europe a lot of setbacks and restrictions. The third party games thing is unaccurate because the games that were most affected by those cancellings were mostly the Namco games, and simply because they were all published in Europe by Sega Europe. Tecmo Cup Football Game was actually a Sega licensed game rather than a proper Tecmo game, this can be seen in the copyright listed in the title screen. Alas, as this was going to be an Europe-exclusive game, this is why the game wasn't released at all.

    Genesis

I worked with a few people to produce some cover art for Sonic 3 Complete, and this seems like a fair place to show it off.

Excellent! Looks quite authentic. Only the outlining on "the hedgehog" on US/EU versions is a bit blurry, I think.

    Thanks!

Yeah, the white outline there has got a bit muckier than I'd like. It looks worse on the 3D renders than it does on the real image, I think, so hopefully it would work out alright in print. Close inspection of the original US S3 box reveals some quite nasty stuff around the logo, so with any luck it will work out at least as clean as that.

Hi there, does anyone have some label art for Bio Hazard Battle?

I need a replacement label for my cartridge.

    Thanks!
