No they are not, screen resolution on the Xbox and PS2 emulators is nothing short but a disaster, unlike the Saturn /PS1 games wich are "real ports" wich run at the same resolution as the arcade (384x224), PS2 and Xbox emus run at some weird resolution, something like 640x480 interlaced with badly scaled graphics, and the music is nothing more than plain redbook CD audio while the Saturn features real FM synth like the CPS1 board.
