agreed - i had DC on it...and the DC info just stopped mid shipment... said something like Sorted and Left Des Moines Facility ....and then that was it, never anymore updates to it - my local ladies felt it got stuck inside of a bag, but the recovery center had evidence of it, but did say it showed obvious damage....so my only guess is that the package(s) as it was exactly the same for goldenband too someone jarred open as they were in stiffened photo mailer like envelopes - and the contents spilled out all over the place... thats all i can come up with
regardless i know it sucks for the buyers, but it sucks for me too as i also dumped out an extra set of replacements on them which came to about $100 worth of inventory
