    That's Tiido alright!
The Mega Drive was far inferior to the NES in terms of diffusion rate and sales in the Japanese market, though there were ardent Sega users. But in the US and Europe, we knew Sega could challenge Nintendo. We aimed at dominating those markets, hiring experienced staff for our overseas department in Japan, and revitalising Sega of America and the ailing Virgin group in Europe.

Then we set about developing killer games.

It's not racist because that's what the user name is (When you click the users, they show the members who this picture belongs so what members ask, I have to draw it.(Before enlarging a picture) And yes that is a Tiido , the yellow cat.

And when I usually introduce, I do it detailedly

Hi everyone, Sicboy here. I've been registered for just a couple of weeks and though I would take a few moments to introduce myself. I'm 30 and live in Des Moines, Iowa where I am a Network Engineer by trade and a videogame enthusiast by design.

I've been an avid nes and snes collector since I was a kid. I have about 300 different NES games and about 100 SNES games. I've always been an Sega fan since MK came out when I was a kid. Within the past two months I've amassed a collection of about 200 Genesis/Megadrive/CD/32x games all complete and mint in the box. Sega systems by far my most favorite systems/games to collect and play.

Some of the most notable recent additions to my collection:
Panorama Cotton w/ Tea Cup (J)
    Slap Fight (J)
    Gleylancer (J)
    MUSHA
Mega Man: The Wiley Wars (PAL)
Crusader of Centy w/ the official hint guide (Perfect condition even with the cardboard box)
    Aerobiz Supersonic (Sealed)
    Punisher (Sealed)

This seems to be an awesome community and I am glad to be a part of it.

Art in this page shown are pictures for members (Some are reqs but most are drawn for fun because I saw a name I can make picture of (parody or caricature) or an avatar inspiration) Pictures are not having any backgrounds because then people can use these for their own.
    - I see, I think I missed that part. I wasn't aware of them being avatars for forum members meant to reflect their screen name or even drawn upon request.

I am sorry if I came off rude! And I am sure you didn't meant it to appear racist. Still it's definitely not your best work. The other characters are MUCH better in my opinion!

hey, if you do end up doing something with your cartoon characters, maybe you got enough money to do just that !

Nope, only a few sports games:
    Tecmo Super Bowl
    Tecmo Super Bowl III
(I'd have II as well but finding a CIB one is actually kinda dificult)
    Madden '98
Maden '93 Championship Edition (CIB) x2

200 is a lot but I had to do something with my Federal Tax Return

Another new member here. My name's Robert, and although I grew up around kids with game systems (NES, SNES, Genesis), I've only started getting into gaming within the past year or two.
You see, while my cousins were rocking their Nintendos and Segas, I had...an Intellivision. With like 4 games (my favorite being Burgertime). Yippee.
The Intellivision eventually died, and I didn't pick up a controller again until I purchased a broken Xbox 360. Now, I know it is not anywhere near vintage, but it reintroduced me to games again, and prepared me for the opportunities that would be presented to me last summer.

You see, during the city-wide garage sale week, I decided to see what I could find. I wasn't looking for anything too specific, and I certainly wasn't looking for games. But then I saw it- an ugly, yellowed Super Nintendo in a free box. That changed everything. I took it, a $3 Genesis, and a 75 cent n64 cartridge (Super Smash Bros). By the end of the day, I also had a PS1 and a N64.

I have amassed a bit more since then, and recently got everything hooked up to my humble CRT television. It looks a bit cluttered at the moment, but everything is ready for fun at a moment's notice.

    Welcome!

I'd give that Xbox 360 a wide berth with lots of room to ventilate. They're pretty finicky.

    Love the top loader!

I only have a handful of posts made, so it's not too late for me.

Hi there! I'm new-ish to Sega-16. Been reading this site for years but only recently decided to join the forum. I've been gaming since I was 4 and over the years I've owned an Atari 2600, 7800, NES, SNES, Genesis, N64, Saturn, PSOne, PS2, Gamecube, Xbox, Xbox 360, and a Wii, as well as every incarnation of the Gameboy.

Speaking of the Wii, the Virtual Console service is a gift from the GODS.

    Let the good times roll!

Thanks for the welcome! As for the 360, I totally agree there, and it just so happens I picked up an entertainment center that allowed me to do just that.

And as for the top loader, I love it too- it's nice to have an NES that just works, lol.
