You don't seem to grasp the concept of what you said, "IS BACK!!!!!!!!!!" implied that they returned after going away,
Bombergames never left, they released the final version and then got told by Sega to stop having the game for download on his site.

so the game got taken offline and here we are, nothing happened since then.
