Remember how MUSHA is supposed to be worth maybe $100 or a bit less? Check this out, WTF:

Yeah, I saw that listing this weekend, I couldn't believe that it was at $300, in an auction style nonetheless, already. I think that's more than the new/sealed copy that came up a couple months ago went for. It looks like it's in phenomenal condition, but that's going to screw all the prices averages for it for the next year or so at least. I really need to find someone on a forum selling a copy...
Ummm, how the fuck did this get a $300 bid offer?
I smell *bullshit* towards the seller.
Do you mind the japanese copy of Musha MINT & CIB for only $89?
There's this man I met on a gaming forums who's selling tons of rare Sega Mega Drive games for GREAT prices, but I won't reveal his location till I get my games I asked to hold.![]()

Hehe, I'd like to get a US copy like that for the price but I'm not holding my breath. I normally opt for US versions of stuff unless it's exclusive to Japan, or there's a prohibitive price difference. In this case the JP versions aren't that much less than the US version, so I'd rather get it. I don't NEEED it now, but it'd be nice to play and I'm sure would look nice next to my copies of GG Aleste. Thanks for the offer though! I might be interested in a copy of Cotton if it was reasonably priced too![]()
Ok, now that's disturbing. This is starting to look like a wake-up call for me on some similarly-priced items. Just the other day this thing really wouldn't go for more than $100. What is going on?
It looks like some bidder named "s***e" keeps driving the price up.
You know, a good way to get back at these self-bidding elements is to make one final bid of $1,000,000 with a phony eBay account. You'd probably end-up loosing your account, but it'll stop the dude from single-handedly changing the market value for a particular game.![]()
Consider it a virus that if we don't stop, it well spread to the others.

Sold for $300 to that s***e person. I really hope it was a seller sock-puppet and the dude is still stuck with the game. If not I'm a sad panda. I shouldn't be because I own MUSHA, but I think $300 is just plain crazy.
About five or so years ago I got my boxed copy on ebay for $30. It's not as pristine as that one but it also shouldn't be ten times more expensive.
Damn I just noticed that this auction is actually from a store in Nashville. I wonder was it ever in stock for sale at that store. Anyways I just left a goodwill and they had 4 CIB SMS games for 4.99. I looked around to see if they had the system but no luck.
All I can say is, when it comes to video collecting, Nintendo is the most popular...
there are three iPhone apps just for collecting retro Nintendo games... For Megadrive/ Genesis... None.
(Aside from that, I've noticed in England, Megadrive games are just more abundant... You seldomly see NES, and very, very rarely see SNES).
You gotta work there to get fired / RetrOpinion Blog

Is it that people don't have SNES systems, or just that they hang onto them and the games?
It is finished!
At Garage Sales, for some reason, SNES is the system that tons of people bought, but I can barely find them. I think people hang on to them, because most times when people say they want to hang on to a game console, they say it's a Super Nintendo. I mean, I see Nintendos and N64s ALL THE TIME, but SNES's are hard to find at Garage Sales.
