well, i was actually saying, I may be able to hack it..

from what I see, the ISA cart connects directly to the cartridge.. the ribbon carrying audio and video, and probably the joystick connections (unless that goes over the ISA bus)..

either way, I know I could hack it.. but, it probably would need a 486 max... (and a monitor that can handle the low-scanrate)

actually, just a regular Sega Genesis connected directly to my VGA monitor, by matching the lines.. (that monitor supports composite sync)

    yep..

im right now in the process of modding the monitor, to get rid of the on-screen-display, so I can actually play a game, because as it is right now, that error won't go away, the monitor actually thinks it's showing nothing...

though, i think I'm on the right track on disabling that circuit, it's still drawing the blue square for the error, though, not in "sync"..

(and yes, that's a 32X working on it too)

it would be VERY hard to do..

even if it worked, there would be no "32X graphics"..

the 32X renders graphics OVER the Genesis video...

for example, in my previous picture, the 32X shot, the background is drawn by the Genesis, but the score, characters, and objects, are drawn by the 32X...

you'd need to make a cable from the monitor out on the Mega PC to the 32X, and a cable from the 32X to the monitor..

not to mention, there's a chance the Mega PC don't have internal wiring for the 32X audio (the 32X's audio channels are sent through the cartridge connector on pins B1 and B3..)

I personally don't think it's possible.. But, we'll see... (considering im the one who made a Sega Genesis clone---though failed---sorta, and have programmed for the Genesis)
