    I wish I could somehow go back to the compuserve days. I'm sure a big part of it is rose tinted memories, but those days seemed so great. Going onto BBSes and downloading 500 page faqs and printing them on my dot matrix, ream-fed printer. I still have binders full of those faqs!

    Why should I wax nostalgic for an era where it took a full minute, just to have a 50-50 shot at the internet connecting, having to deal with the constant threat of random line noise disconnection me, and an average download speed of 3k a second?
