It's not really a tablet, to be fair.

You just can't handle my jawusumness responces.
I always keep cell phone on me anyway (so I can call someone or they call me for some reasons) even I hardly use it all, but I can use it as a watch instead LOL!

P.S. Mr.Smith, your guts is STILL mine! As a orange werewolf, I should rip out your guts the most painful way that you'll ever imagine! I guarantee this will happen one day! I should eat it like a king.
I use my cell phone hundreds of times a day for work. I couldn't work without a smartphone.

I don't own a cellphone, and I don't plan on ever buying one, as I don't need one.
How can I live with needing a cell phone? That's like asking how can I live with needing a computer to work, or live with needing a car to work.
People who make such emotional claims about lifestyles based off of daily-use tools sound incredibly insecure.
EDIT: Note, I'm not calling you insecure. It's a general statement because I see tons of 23-year-old high and mighty view points about how they don't "need" phones over and over again on the internet. It's the same sort of spiel that people give when they act indignant over not "having TV"
Sorry if it sounded like I was speaking about you specifically

Yeah, I have seen such an huge number of people in my high school years using their cell phones, heck they were even texting under tables without looking at it, they're just damn good LOL. I respect you for using cell phone because it's part of your job anyway, I just found it strange and interesting to hear that it's been used like hundred times per day because of your job.

I'm a structural engineer who is currently an apprentice draftsman - smart phones and tablets do so much more than just send messages and receive calls. My smartphone or tablet means I can bring entire building drawings with me to show to a client without the need to reprint 10-20 24x36 pages at $2.50 a page. My tablet means I can make changes with a CAD app at the building site without having to drive an hour back to the office to reflect a 10 minute change. When I'm doing a change of occupancy, the camera in my smartphone means I can spend a few seconds snapping pictures of the service panel instead of taking a good 10 minutes writing the load down. It means I don't have to deal with keymaps to find obscure jobsite locations, instead relying on GPS. It means not having to lug around an entire library of code material with me to check and occupancy load for an obscure business type. It means being able to video conference from within my car rather than flying out across the state to meet a client. It means I can turn over dozens more jobs per month which translates into several tens of thousands of dollars extra earned each year.
The only people I see actively hating on cell phones are those who can't envision using one beyond vapid and superficial reasons. People who vehemently hate on smartphones and tablets, with such a smug attitude, speak volumes more about whats going on in their life than those who use them daily.

People should stick their noses up at the scumbags who think because someone/you have a cell phone, they have a right to call people at any given time or you have a right to do the same.
Lol wtf reason do you need a cell phone in high school or college, wait until you get home to call someone, if by some super rare chance, It's very important, use a office phone/payphone.
And, before I got into my work as a structural engineer, I was a programmer at SAP. I can't tell you how much easier my smartphone made my job programming. An example - we were working with the Tulsa Holly Railway company on a project to help design a system to scan railcars as they entered a railyard and enter them into an SQL database, which was replacing a previous inventory system, in order to provide a failsafe check to make sure that incompatible cars weren't accidentally loaded with hazardous material (because, if they were, the results could be millions of dollars in damages, if not resulting in the death of numerous workers). I lived in Houston at the time, and it was so helpful for me to be able to make minute changes to the system on the go rather than having to drive up to the office every time Tulsa demanded a change. And, given the nature of the project and how critical the project was, it meant I had to be able to work at a moments notice.
Those are just two examples from my employment history. I'm sure there are tons, and tons of other examples in other fields.
