@ arnold the bartender = since you're a bartender I presume there's no way actual soda could've got confused into the bargain. Using soda pop to clean anything does work a bit due to the carbonation; it's good for jars and the like one doesn't wish to use a chemical or risk soap residue on.

I'm not really into weed, but in the past when I've done it, I've only watched movies or something. I can't imagine playing a game while high. It doesn't sound like I'd be very good. And no, I don't game while drunk either. While hopped up on caffeine, absolutely yes.

I've never tried drugs or smoking and never will. No interest in them at all. But one time I did try to play Super Monkey Ball after having a few drinks. I think I was only buzzed, not sure of legitimately drunk. I honestly don't know how to tell the difference. Anyway it was a bizarre experience. I wasn't as good but I still managed to get pretty far on EXPERT. Felt like I was floating. I rarely ever drink and have been really drunk a couple of times but was not impressed with the overall experience. I prefer to remain sober and in control. That is a much more appealing state of body/mind for me and don't understand the appeal of altered states. But then again I get great amusement out of normal, everyday life so who knows? There are some drinks I like because they taste good, not because I want to get a buzz, like a margarita (without salt).

I don't smoke anything or drink alcohol for that matter. I do drink Soda, but last I checked you don't get high off of Soda like you do other substances. I find people to be far more annoying when they're high or drunk and I want nothing to do with them when they are. Growing up with relatives or neighbors who have problems with these substances really turns you off to the stuff.

I don't drink any kind of dark cola, all of them make me feel terrible immediately afterward, but so does most diet clear colas. As for the caffeine in green tea, well that is something that needs to be considered on an individual basis. Sometimes I find the stimulating effect of yerba matte too much, but green tea works fine. Other times I blend them both, depending on how I am feeling. I also drink a cup or two of coffee in the morning.

I haven't tried any retro games with weed. The last time I played a game high was probably Secret of Mana and the Mode 7 was trippy but that was way back in '94 so it wasn't retro yet. I imagine stuff since then like Rez, Flower and Child of Eden would be sweet.

No, it's still prohibited and listed as a controlled substance. Small amounts get you a slap on the wrist because 3 quarters of the country supports it in light of the new crime bills. It's harmless, nobody wants to pay for prosecutions and deal with judicial fallout of a harmless plant. The prohibition ruins lives and we are losing billions in tax revenue to the black market. The only common people who fight against marijuana are uneducated or the hardcore socially conservative bunch who view it as immoral for archaic reasons, choosing to disregard critical thinking and their own responsible freedom of choice.

I dont smoke weed but Im fascinated by the fact that its illegal yet people dont seem to have any problems getting it. I always thought that the people who sell it are really shady characters and I dont really know those kinds of people.
