Were you not the man who said completing Chrono Trigger should be required of every gamer? Nothing's more overhyped than Chrono Trigger and, oh yeah, it's also a boss rush.
(It becomes this later on but I won't specify when in case there are members who've yet to play it).

How do you like Layer Section? It's rather on the fence between hyped and disregarded; it frequently makes people's favourite shmup list but there are many who think the only shmup to play on Saturn's RSG.

I actually played Chrono Trigger before the hype. My friend recommended it to me.
In any case, I think the story alone guarantees a play or two for CT.

I've played Chrono Trigger many times, first around 1995 or so, and I'll agree, it's a pretty good RPG, but certainly not the best, not even close. There were many other RPGs on the SNES that wiped the floor with Chrono Trigger.

I played Chrono on the snes and was enjoying it but for some reason I just stopped playing around half of the game, same for Shining Force II, but I well beat Shining force ii cause I really enjoyed playing that.
