The guy who worked on it is on the lavalit boards and he says they arent adding more playable characters which is a shame because you need at least 4 IMO. I dont know where to rank this one in terms of similar fan openBOR made beat em ups but its not as good as Streets of Rage Remake or Golden Axe Myth but its not one of the worst ones either.

I like this game! They've captured the look and feel of the 80s cartoon right down to the music! Reminds me of the days when I would face home from school, toss my lunch pail and school bag on the floor, pick up a quick snack from the kitchen, and park myself in front of the television to watch Cobra Commander's plans get flushed down the drain!
I don't think that they could produce this game on the SEGA Genesis. Maybe the SEGA Saturn!

I really want to like this but something seems off about it. I cant get past the fact that Hawk has Guile's body. I want to play as more than just 2 characters.
