    Well, that may be true, but that's the only instance I know of where a PAR and internal memory wouldn't be enough. For the average person, a PAR would work just fine.

    Are you sure you're not being confused with Shining Force CD, which requires a save cart to access act 3 because the normal save takes up the entire sega CD?

    Yeah, I just checked an FAQ and it said that you only need to transfer one game's save file to the next (so at max, you need two SFIII saves at a time on your internal memory), which there is enough internal space for. So there goes that argument I guess.
