Well chain ourselves to the trees of Sega of America and demand them.

How about we threaten to not buy their crappy games? Get the word out, boycott Sega.

They had the chance to get millions of people to experience the glory that is Sega's 8-bit and 16-bit hard- and software, and instead got millions of people to buy a barely working emulator. The wasted potential here makes me feel sick...

I like the idea of a petition to AtGames and/or Sega by the way...

Hmm, based on what I read in this thread I would rather go with Genesis 3 (yes I have one right next to genesis one and genesis two) instead of this ATgames system. Look on bright side, Genesis 3 IS playable with almost all genesis games expect for few genesis games that happens to disagree with genesis 3 itself.

This is first time that I have seen photo of this Atgames system, because I thought it was a gaming store that everybody hates before I realize it is a clone system. I guess I got it all mixed up lol.

I've bought a portable one for my travels. Can't complain though, it was cheap and it lasts some good hours.

If Sega ever makes one like that (which it won't in the near future), I'll gladly buy it. Until then...

Er, why go for a Genesis 3? Didn't they take out the z80 or something stupid?

And, which ATGames console are we talking about? I've got the one without a cart port (just SD). Works OK but no save games..

All Genesis systems have a Z80 in them. If they didn't a lot of games wouldn't function properly. It's the CPU that controls the sound chips after all.
