Yeah... but the only American released games to get an R6 or higher are 26 games out of a giant archive. An R5 is rather notable then in consideration.
and only 7 of those games are an R7 or higher! 5 get an R7... 1 R8 and only 1 R9.
(this is only for US released games, not international nor prototypes nor hardware parapheral)
And those games that score R7 are kinda crappy too.
Action 52
Aero the Acro-Bat 2
Aerobiz: Supersonic
The Battle of Jericho
Zero: The Kamikazee Squirrel
Das war der Hammer.
I haven't checked DP's new online only rarity guides. I still have the PDF version for the Genesis which is a couple years old now and I was referring to that, and it says R7. They must have changed it. I wonder how they decide things like that. The PDF version has Battle Squadron listed as R6 too...I wish DP would have kept the old PDF style, I liked being able to just download the new PDF's and check stuff without having to go to their website.Originally Posted by Dartagnan1083
Ahh, that makes a bit of sense. Ah well, even less of a loss in that case.Originally Posted by Melf
Zero isn't that bad.
It plays well, has decent level design, and has a somewhat appealing character.
Leauges ahead of the bubsy franchise IMHO.

I found "Alien Soldier" in a bargain bin for $5, but a joint effort between my parents resulted in it being thrown out. :S

"O Rly"
Vapor Trail (Japanese copy)
M.U.S.H.A
Fire Mustang (Japan, but it's not all that rare)
Hellfire (it's a R5)
I'm not much into rare game, but Herzog Zwei is not rare, it's just high in demand.
