That's actually close to the rig I have, I don't see anything wrong with it.

    Dell Optiplex 745 Desktop
Processor: Pentium D Dual Core 3.4Ghz (4mb cache)

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64/ Ubuntu Dual Boot
Graphics Card: Asus Radeon HD 6450 1gb
    RAM: 4GB RAM
    HDD: 2TB SATA Drive
    DVD-RW Drive

I use this mainly as a media PC. It's a shitty old thing, but it's does the job well enough for that one job.

    Gaming PC
    Processor: Intel Core i7 4790k 4.00ghz
    OS: Windows 10 Home
    Motherboard: MSI PC Mate Z97
    Graphics Card: MSI GTX 970
    RAM: 32gb
    DVD RW Drive
    HDD1: 250gb HDD
    HDD2: 2TB HDD
    HDD3: 2TB HDD
    HDD3: 500gb HDD
    PSU: EVGA GX 750w Gold

Looking on adding a Blu Ray Burner and swap out the (crap but "it'll do for now") motherboard for one that allows for SLI gaming, so I can get another 970 or better, and run them together.

I ditched everything for a solar powered 1980s calculator. Those things are the bomb.

I remember those. Used to use them in Maths class. I remember a friend teaching me how to spell out naughty words on it. Ahh, to be an idiotic teen again...

Ah yes. Those were the days.

It's funny though, because I wasn't joking about the second part of my post. I remember just how expensive some of those calculators were even deep into the 90s. And back in the 80s, they were jaw-dropping awesome.

My computer's specs: Electricity goes in the back, power light comes on. The processor runs nice and cool.

No, Speccy doesn't track floppy drives. No incentive to build a new system, because all newer hardware has AIDS in it, so I'm dragging my feet to find a processor that respects my freedumbs to a tolerable degree, and can handle video encoding better than my current one. Alas, the lack of floppy drive connectors on new motherboards has been a major ugh in my searches.

So I have 3 laptops currently. I have not used a desktop since 2010. One laptop was free and well is nothing special. Second is an old gaming laptop and is dated now, I bought it new in 2012 and it was great for me but it was time to upgrade. The 3rd one is my new one and for a budget gaming laptop does what I need. Ben playing Xbox games in high/ultra settings with no issues in visuals and performance.

So I will go from weakest to strongest.

    HP Laptop
    I3 Intel 4005 series 1.7GHZ Dual-core 4 threads
    6GB of DDR3 Ram
    Intel Graphics.
    500 GB HDD
    DVD Drive

Yeah, that's just an email machine lol.

    Asus
Intel i7-3600 series 2.3GHZ but could be overclocked to 3ghz 4 cores 8 threads.
    16GB DDR3 1600Mhz Ram
    GTX 660M 2GB
    Two 1 TB HDDs.
    DVD Drive

Finally my new laptop I use as my main. Other 2 are now backups.

    Acer Helios 300
    Intel i7-7700 2.8GHZ 4 core 8 threads OC to 3.8GHZ
16GB DDR4 Ram 3200MHZ (thought it was 2400 before but CPUZ says differently so cool!)
    Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB
    256GB SSD and 1TB HDD/SSD Hybrid.

I won't get into ports on the side as that seems silly.

    Life?!...What console is that on?

    [PSN] Segata-S //[Switch] FC-SW 3892 5228 2895 //[XBL]Dogi99

    Remake Geist Force!
