Tried Googling for a FireFox or Chrome version for DC but I haven't found anything.

Well, the official dreamcast webbrowser saw an official sega released update in the form of a free disc you could mail off for. Also, small monthly updates arrived in the form of Official dreamcast magazine discs, which had the most up-to-date webbrowser always included.

EDIT: there is also XDP, which is a homebrew browser that is in between planet web and dreamkey.
    A retarded Sonic.

Uhm Dreamkey or whatever was in Chu Chu Rocket. It's been so long but the best browsers were from Japan. The Planetweb browsers were terrible.

Bit of a long shot, but you could try a Dreamcast Linux distro. The DC is too underpowered to run Firefox or Chrome, but you could try something like Links.

Since I frequently find Firefox taking up more than 500MB of RAM, I seriously doubt it could be made for the Dreamcast without major concessions. Supporting modern websites better than the existing Dreamcast browsers would just take too much memory.
