Maybe I'm missing something, but how can you be overwhelmed by the demand of a game that people have to preorder? Don't you manufacture enough to cover them and perhaps some extra? Aren't the games manufactured after preorders close? If it's a shipping problem, didn't anyone consider the logistics of shipping hundreds of cartridges before preorders were taken?

^ Yeah, I pre-ordered the day the teaser video got up. If they have started shipping already, I should already have received mine.

Like Zebbster, I took a gamble and submitted a preorder. The games should be enroute already. If there is a delay, it will be due to the overwhelming mail being shipped over the Christmas holidays. I'm guessing that we'll get the items sometime in Jan or Feb 2013!

    Thumbs up

    Got reply!!!

    Hi Chris!

Sorry for the big delay, we're very busy preparing the games, is a hell for us. For the next games we don't make preorders, preparing a concrete units for don't saturate like this

My colleagues confirm that your order is preparing now, and come this week, will confirm the tracking number.

Thank you for your patience friend.
    Wooot!
The Mega Drive was far inferior to the NES in terms of diffusion rate and sales in the Japanese market, though there were ardent Sega users. But in the US and Europe, we knew Sega could challenge Nintendo. We aimed at dominating those markets, hiring experienced staff for our overseas department in Japan, and revitalising Sega of America and the ailing Virgin group in Europe.

Then we set about developing killer games.

I wrote them twice: a couple of weeks ago and yesterday, but this was a reply to my first email it seems. However, in my second email I included as many details to my order as I possibly could so maybe that helped?

I wrote last week and included my order number. I don't see how they possibly could need anything more than that and my email address. I hope they reply soon.

That the only "shipments" have been within Spain makes me very doubtful of this whole shipping process. You guys should have received yours by now, especially Christuserloeser just one border away.

Still waiting for mine here in the UK, two emails no response. . . I'd say it's a lost cause and I may well start a claim with PayPal shortly

First units? There are unboxing videos from last year on YouTube!

    One guy says:

" Lo peor - la nefasta distribución y la mala comunicación por parte de 1985. (Eso si, cuando contacte con ellos, todo fue como una seda)"

Which basically means their shipping and customer communication suck. I have to agree.

One person also said that the build quality wasn't good; the cart being made of brittle, cheap plastic which was glued together with no screws. And another saying he broke one of the pins inserting it into his machine? (Can't really be sure on that as I'm using Google Translate and it's pretty crappy).
