    Default Saturn Arcade Racer

Is this worth getting? Noted prices are quite damn high on eBay. I barely use the damn Mission Stick which I think is overrated but wondering if it is worth spending the $$$ on. Remember a decade ago it was going for less than $20, now its like $20 to ship. WTF

Prices for Japanese version usually are very low. However, the lack of pedal is a huge let down IMO.
A steering wheel without a pedal makes no sense to me.

What about shipping to the USA? I don't care if it is Japanese and grey as a result. I have a grey saturn pad that is much much more sturdy than the US Model 2 pad, and I have a import Virtua Stick but was wondering if it was any good.

the arcade racer is pretty good for racing games, when did they get so expensive? I bought a used one off of ebay for $15 shipped 5 years ago and a brand new boxed one for $25 at the same time. madcatz also made a steering wheel for saturn and it has pedals for your feet unlike the arcade racer, if you can find that one I'd actually recommend it over the arcade racer.

if you don't mind the lack of foot pedals on the arcade racer its worth getting if you want to play some of the saturns racing games with it, I never had a problem with my arcade racer so it's decent quality if you can find one cheap. it controls great with racing games and feels sturdy.

I've got two of these so that when the kid starts gaming we can dig into some Sega Rally and Daytona together. It's a good wheel, but like with my Joysticks, I tend to be lazy and not pull it out of the closet for a quick game.

It's a nice piece of hardware, but it's a little too "twitchy" for my tastes, there's not a lot of resistance when you're turning it so you have to use a real light touch. It's fun to pull out of storage every once in a while, but if I really want precision controls in Daytona, I'm gonna opt for the standard control pad every time.
