Now that's a rare feat these days, buying a house totally owned by you from jump street. Puts you in a very, very good financial situation as well when you own your house totally with no mortgage payments, don't have to worry about it getting repossessed or anything like that through the standard means, especially in this economy where we've seen so many foreclosures over the last few years...

Congratulations Drakon! Purchasing a home outright is no easy feat! But purchasing a home outright in Toronto is almost unheard of! I shall tip off my hat to you my friend! Being mortgage free means one less worry for you and your wifey! It also allows the both of you to focus on building a happy home for your family!

I'm sorry for not posting pics yet. I got the place cleaned up and setup completely except for one room. I need to buy some shelves this weekend from walmart and then I can pack away the last of the boxed stuff and take pics. I'm also in the middle of figuring out why the mailing system is messed up here and getting my water tank upgraded to tankless.
Thanks for all the kind words people! Everything in my life has just been getting better and better since meeting my amazing girlfriend. It's always great having a girlfriend who has a good work ethic like myself and knows how to save money (also like me).
