Phantasy Star Online IS a browser(online only)game with different add on content.
It's basically an expansion pack.

SEGA is the Messiah of Console Gaming.
In July 2013, Exactly 164 months after Dreamcast launched, something BIG will happen at SEGA. Which is "ORBI" the world.
All the NAYSAYERS will be silenced forever when Orbi get's its "Notice of Allowance".

A Browser game means it runs in an Internet browser, such as IE or Firefox using Flash. Phantasy Star Online is NOT a browser game. It's an online game you nitwit. And it's not even online only. PSO, PSOv2, PSO:EPI&II, PSO:EPIII, PSU, PSU:AotI, PSP, PSP2, PSP2i, and PS0 all have offline game modes.
And yes, PSO version 2 is a stand alone expansion pack. Thus it counts as a separate and different release. Just like how Episode I&II, Blue Burst, Ambitions of the Illuminus, and PSP2:Infinity count as separate and different releases.
Smash Bros 4 is pretty much the only reason I bought this thing.
WARNING: The post above may or may not be utter nonsense, but it's best to assume that it is.
I really hate that everybody complains about nintendo. With the NGC they tried to do things different new franchises other games, but then everybody complains there is not enough of the same old stuff. No they do a sequel every other year and now everybody complains the games are to much alike! I got a Wii (second hand though) and the Only Nintendo game I got is Metroid: other M simply because it was 12 euro brand new. I have enough other good games on the Wii.
so does mine
