The ORBI bit probably refers to tablets and tablet games they would have at said Amusement Center. Kids Pad is filed under Sega Toys, meaning it's probably not a full fledged Tablet or console.

Just imagine Nintendo's requisite counter advertising campaign to Sega Viagra and Sonic condoms. Would they bring up STDs in their fake editorial series of advertisements? Would they pretend size doesn't matter or advocate "safe sex" in some other manner?
