The one you found is for the logo. And that would have to encompass anything and everything it could possibly get slapped on. From equipment and attractions to merchandise and consumer goods used and sold within the park.
    Exactly.

That all ignores the fact that the information you continually linked is not elaborate, discrete, or conclusive. It's quite the opposite, it's vague, broad, and unspecific.
If it was "easy" to read into what it was for as you seem to think it is, people would be more likely to agree something "might" be in the works involving it... but it's not, hence why you are standing all alone on it.

There are so many other ways you could read it that make far more sense than a dedicated tablet/gaming device.
    Exactly.

Sega Networks, Inc is Sega's new multiplatform division.

One rumor is out there according to SonicStadium that Sega still has one more Sonic game planned before they retire him from non-Sega platforms. The rumor claims the game is spun of off Unleashed and was developed before Generations.

If it was "easy" to read into what it was for as you seem to think it is, people would be more likely to agree something "might" be in the works involving it... but it's not, hence why you are standing all alone on it.

There are so many other ways you could read it that make far more sense than a dedicated tablet/gaming device.
Earlier in the topic I based the possibility on a Tablet due to 3 things: an 2011 trademark who's services are still planned for use, patent for a touch screen tablet device issued last September(using PDA devices as a reference) and Orbi's IC 028 and 009 which entails a Electronic device and Apparatus with the exact same mark description as the 2011 trademark.

I put thesis on the evidence presented. You can revist the post and come to another similar conclusion that a SEGA tablet probably DOES exist.

Or it could be a touch screen device for use in a hotel or amusement park. Something they have experience in, and has no need for any cutting edge technology, just a clever implementation and decent software.

A full fledged tablet device of any power/capability enough to not be a complete joke would require Sega to have partnered with SOMEONE to actually make the thing. As there is literally no buzz surrounding a Sega anything from anyone anywhere... then they have not.

So the 2 MUCH more likely scenario's from the information you keep referencing is:
    1) The device is not a tablet, or even a gaming centric device, but something much more mundane that may have a touch screen (IE, gambling machine or something using their existing arcade hardware).
    2) There is no device, and they simply have this as a "possible" avenue for something they may or may not pursue some time in the future.

Oh for pete's sake Sega Networks is Sega's new development label for Smart Phone and Tablet games. It's not a new multi-platform division nor is it replacing what already exists at Sega. Nor is Sega retiring Sonic from non-Sega platforms. That idea is truly idiotic.

Especially since Sega lets all their other IPs rot. What would they do without Sonic?

Was it really necessary to go back and copy pasta all that patent diarrhea into your post MrSega?

Retiring Sonic from non-sega platforms seems highly unlikely (unless they want to stop making money), as does Sega reentering the hardware business (which is much more cutthroat than when they left, requiring even deeper pockets to compete). Nothing anyone can trudge up on the net can change either of these two facts. If Sega does for some reason try to take on Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, Apple, and all Android vendors by putting out gaming hardware, they would be committing suicide.
