This is as close as I can get to the "Tails Worst Game Character of all time" SA article.

SEGA is the Messiah of Console Gaming.
In July 2013, Exactly 164 months after Dreamcast launched, something BIG will happen at SEGA. Which is "ORBI" the world.
All the NAYSAYERS will be silenced forever when Orbi get's its "Notice of Allowance".

In all seriousness, is that cartoon worth watching?
***Visualshock! Speedshock! Soundshock! Now is time to the 68000 heart on fire!***
I watched both cartoons on re-runs when i was a kid. they both confused the hell out of me haha
I always liked Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, it was very slapstick like.
It was pretty much Robotnik trying out new ways to capture Sonic in a Wile E. Coyote kinda style, he had these 2 silly badniks who did his bidding,
(and a 3rd one who was a monkey) and Sonic pretty much always won and then ate Chilly Dogs, and Tails was there but not all that annoying.
Never did see the SatAM series, the whole "Freedom Fighters" idea sounded so stupid, its a fucking cartoon, not Terminator.

I for one enjoyed both AoStH and SatAM, they were two very different series at different ends of the spectrum.
SatAM had a very deep tone and very sci-fi'ish settings set in a very dystopic future with one of the probably most badass renditions of Robotnik.
While AoStH is more comedic and nonsensical, it's like Tiny Toons set in the Sonic universe, with a very silly rendition of robotnik.
Not sure really where to put Sonic Underground, it had most of the styling from SatAM but wasn't nearly quite as dark.
It also had Jaleel White doing the voice of a female protagonist so it was hard to take seriously.

Not saying it HAS to be taken seriously, as prooven by AoStH.
Just saying I'm having a hard time figuring out what the Underground series was aiming for as it picked a similar setting to SatAM but built more on comedy it felt.
It also has Sleet and Dingo who is pretty much just a slapstick couple like Scratch and Grounder in AoStH.
It also had that weird thing that Sleet could morph Dingo into just about anything, which just utterly confused me at some points.
I think however that the most SUITING rendition of Robotnik was in the OVA, he actually LOOKS like he's supposed to, he seems goofy but still rather intellectual.
