I just found this crazy Doom mod

Best way to describe it would be Smash TV on crack or something. You choose an arena-style map to play on, with everything from classic Doom hell to JRPG villages and fight waves of monsters with a slot machine that periodically changes the rules of the game. You might get lucky and get modern FPS mechanics with regenerating health and fight harmless bronies, or you might be forced to fight Mecha Hitler as a dog.

There's plenty of great DOOM mods out there
One I've been playing a lot lately that adds some extreme gore effects and additional moves to the game (which really adds to it)
Also, regarding the vid you linked. LOVE the sound of that guy's keyboard
