The first time I saw it Ruby posted it on Sega forum (so that is what I sent) but Synbios16 told me he got the same message on youtube from another before anything was posted publicly.
So, so what if Ruby or Synbios16 or others repeated it word for word on other forums from original Sega PMs, at least it helped spread the word, and regardless it was same message.

Just install the English Patch and play on the Japanese servers with everyone else. The community has made it stupidly easy at this point. Not only is there the patch which translates menus and what not, but there's now also a Story Mode patch which translates all of the story stuff. All that remains untranslated are the item name which are server side. There's even a Chrome script that will translate the the user registration pages. Originally Posted by Knuckle Duster

Honestly the treatment SoA is giving PSO2 doesn't surprise me at all. They didn't give us Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity either. The worst mistake made with PSO2 was making the servers separate. No one wants to put up with the crap service SoA gives Phantasy Star anymore. Many of us have been burned not just once but multiple times by them from PSO:BB to PSU to PSP2i.
My prediction, US servers when and if they ever launch will be a barren ghost town behind in content from the Japanese servers that will get shut down long before the Japanese servers. I also predict the Vita version will not come out in the US.
