The 3DS sits right next the the DS. I don't see why it should be any different for the WiiU.

A Black Falcon: no, computer games and video games are NOT the same thing. Video games are on consoles, computer games are on PC. The two kinds of games are different, and have significantly different design styles, distribution methods, and game genre selections. Computer gaming and console (video) gaming are NOT the same thing."
And how are 3ds sells outside of Japan ?

Why was the Gamecube mocked? Was it really that big of a failure?
"... If Sony reduced the price of the Playstation, Sega would have to follow suit in order to stay competitive, .... would then translate into huge losses for the company." p170 Revolutionaries at Sony.
"We ... put Sega out of the hardware business ..." Peter Dille senior vice president of marketing at Sony Computer Entertainment
"Sega tried to have similarly strict licensing agreements as Nintendo...The only reason it didn't take off was because EA..." TrekkiesUnite
I haven't really seen too many people mock it, but when Nintendo fans bring up Sega CD (before kinect one of the most purchase add ons ever) like mocking it I bring up N64 DD, if they say 32 x I say Virtual Boy, if they say Saturn or DC I say GameCube (3rd in sales PS2 and XBox owned it) now I'll bring up WiiU (nobody cares about it).
Actually someone on Atariage was pointing to the PS4 as being the nest Jaguar http://atariage.com/forums/topic/209...he-new-jaquar/ . . . but it was pointed out that the Nvidia Project Shield is the real new Jaguar in the sense of John Mathieson being the lead designer.(one of the 2 main designers of the Jaguar chipset . . . and the Flare 1 prior to that, the Nuon after, and most recently, the Nvidia Tegra processor series -including the Tegra 3 in the OUYA and the Tegra 4 being developed for Project Shield itself)
Compared to the N64 it wasn't that much of a step down . . . there's a relatively consistent gradual decline from Famicom/NES to SFC/SNES to N64 to GC as competition steepened and Nintendo didn't adapt . . . or at least not nearly as quickly or strongly as they should have. (TBH they still haven't broken their old tendencies either, and the largely unchallenged success of their handhelds combined with the Wii's own market shift kind of made it so Nintendo didn't have to -plus all their massive success early on and resulting cash reserves and brand recognition helped stabilize things a great deal -in many ways, Nintendo actually screwed up worse than Sega in terms of legitimate mistakes made, but they had better luck and general saving graces that made up for that in the long run)
I was including that in "brand recognition" . . . Nintendo and Sony are the only companies to achive the sort of consistent mass market presence (let alone actual market dominance) for multiple consecutive generations that provides that sort of definitive, solid international market presence with a brand.
Nintendo established that with the Famicom/NES and SFC/SNES, Sony with the PS1 and PS2. So far, Microsoft has been the only one else to come close to that . . . and the odd duration of the 7th generation makes that hard to compare too.
The case of the dentist's tool was molded from a Jaguar case. It looks like a white, wall-mounted Jag.
Japan is a whole different beast. The handheld systems outsell the home consoles in Japan and even the PSP is still going strong there.

Uh, yeah I know. That is why I said what I said. Thought it had same insides (chips, boards) though.
I asked how are 3ds sales outside of Japan. Answer, they suck. Like WiiU sales.Japan is a whole different beast. The handheld systems outsell the home consoles in Japan and even the PSP is still going strong there.

Link---->http://kotaku.com/dont-expect-the-ne...-wii-461567682Because it's looking like Nintendo's third-party woes ain't ending any time soon. The majority of this year's games? Not on Wii U. Big next-gen games like The Witcher 3 and the Thief reboot? Not on Wii U.
And now, officially announced this week, the next Battlefield shooter is—you're never gonna guess this—not on Wii U. The game's Frostbite 3 engine doesn't support it.
I figured I'd ask straight-out, so during the Q&A with Rein, I did. "Will UE4 run on the Wii U?"
"Hahaha no." Rein said, with expert comedic timing. The room erupted with laughter.
