How do you get Beats of Rage to work on the Dreamcast?

I was just reading the Forgotten Franchises feature on Streets of Rage and I saw the homebrew game, Beats of Rage, at the end. I downloaded the Dreamcast version and I have the right type of Dreamcast for it to work. I was just wondering what files I put onto the CD to burn in order to make the game play.
