This is very good news. Previously original Neo Geo games were mostly just accessable through pirated emulation, unless you were willing to shell out hundreds of bucks for a single game.

Well, you could play Neo Geo CD games, those ere usually under $50...
But this is still alot better.
this is a good move for the virtual console. I only knew one guy who had a Neo Geo (he had both the mvs and aes in his house), and it was really fun playing those games.
Just two more reasons to get a Wii, I suppose
Aleste alone is a reason.
This is great news for fighter junkies everywhere, now the only thing left to do would be Nintendo releasing an arcade stick to go with VC.
Up on the shelf; it's a bird, it's a plane, it's Sega Genesis! Faster processing than a SNES, more powerful than a TG-16, able to play 8-bit, 16-bit, 32-bit and CD-ROM games on a single system (with the CD, 32x and power base converter, of course)
MSX, eh?
Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake here I come!
That would rock my face off.Originally Posted by 16-bit pwnage
