That's because Sega's full name when it made the Dreamcast it was Sega Enterprises Ltd. Ltd. means Limited Company. Kabushiki Kaisha can also be translated as that. In fact that's what it literally translates to. You put Kabushiki Kaisa into something like Google Translate and you get Co.LTD. Which means Limited Company. It can also loosely translate as Corporation.

Either way, when speaking in English calling them Kabushiki Kaisha Sega or Kabushiki Kaisha Sega Enterprises just sounds stupid and makes you look like a weeaboo. You should only call them Kabushiki Kaisha Sega if you are speaking in Japanese. When in English, it's Sega Corporation.

My problem with trolls, and we have a lot more than just a few, is that all they do is draw attention to themselves and never to a good conversation. This entire forum has been nothing but a bitch fest for months with nearly everybody trolling everybody else and next to nobody contributing anything to any real discussion. I wasn't fond of sega-16 when I joined it, but there were a handful of responsible posters that cared about talking about games and learning more about them. Since then it has only gone down hill.

All banning the most obnoxious trolls would do is kill all discussion, because all the rest want to do is bitch about trolls or something else.

With most of my non SEGA topics like "Worst Games of 90s", "TMNT for the NES" and "Sonic Knockoffs" I've often tried to make topics with civil and professional discussion.

Look on the bright side, at least Sega-16 is nowhere near as bad as Neogaf.

I often visit Neogaf to have a good laugh.

They try desperately to look and sound professional but they come across as elitist tools and biased morons. The funniest thing they do is take ALL rumors and speculation as face value WITHOUT checking for facts or an inkling credibility. Their hyperbole hypocrisy is also pretty damn funny too.

What's sad is that some professional mainstream game sites consider them credible.

You do know that GAF has developers and industry insiders among it's members right? Checking for information is one of the first thing they do. False information is often punished by locking a thread and possible IP ban of the OP of the thread.

I know that. The problem is, they blow ALL rumors and speculation out of proportion and when they're debunked or proven untrue, they sweep them under the rug and quickly forget about them. I cannot even name the dozen Wii U rumors that they were pushing as fact the first year that eventually all turned out to be completely false. There's a difference between investigating and anylizing inside info and twisting and cherry picking into something you claim is fact because its what you want to believe.

While I tend to read a bit too much into things, I don't cherry pick and spin. All my Orbi theories are based entirely on its description. I could NOT come up with something like that on my own.

I do a pretty professional job when it comes to rumors most of the time and with the Sega information I find I'm not always right(nobody is) but you don't see me spinning opinion as fact.

Neogaf is a joke. They claim to be neutral but thier bias is so blatant, its not even funny.
