ORBI is obviously Sega's VR system, one Sega system shaped like the 1st model Master System coupled with 2 sweet VR helmets
that are connected wirelessly to the system, controls are 2 specially designed sticks that you attach to your hands/arms with velcro,
these act like better wiimote's and register all sorts of moves like punches, sword slashes, or steering wheel movements,
it comes with 3 build in games, Phantasy Star VR, Space Harrier VR and Afterburner VR.

MS and Sony will try to cash in on this amazing new way of playing games by releasing their own VR helmets,
but since nobody bought one of their foreveronline consoles nobody ever noticed they tried to rip off Sega's idea.

In studying this Orbi trademark, I was able to find that it falls under the International Class 041 which pertains mostly to Entertainment Centers,Production Companies,Theme Parks and Training Education centers.

There was another Amusement Park trademark that SEGA had filed last summer:

According to the document, this mark doesn't have a publication date set but has been approved for eventual publication.

When I googled Sega Active Zone, all the kept popping up was some basic bowling alley service in England from 2 years ago.

Yet when I typed in AMF's brand description, it specifically stated and emphasized "Bowling" yet, the Sega "Active Zone" mark did not description anything bowling related.

So if SEGA is planning on opening a new Amusement park, "Active Zone" is certainly it.


Either that or they may be planning on splitting from UK based Bowlplex to run their own center/Amusement Park or they might expand the service to run stand alone based on this link:

In conclusion, the "Active Zone" brand has been undergoing test marketing in the UK as a basic amenity for Bowlplex for the past two years and it sounds like SEGA may have plans to turn it into an Amusement Center of some sorts.
