I don't disagree with either of you, just take issue with people outside the states dogging on it. Netherlands is far from utopia, with its own high crime rates. That is all I was getting at. USA just has the honor of having all its dirty laundry aired on a regular basis while other nations not so much.
It is finished!

Great!
So you've gone on a countrywide tour of the whole United States and have witnessed the cultural diversity of every city and state?
The state of Texas is larger and more populated than the Netherlands. The difference between East Texas and West Texas is quite a large gap. Driving through the city of Houston is much different than driving around Dallas, or Ft. Worth.
You buy an expensive item in the middle of the night in Little Rock, chances are pretty good that you're getting mugged. A person buying the same item at midnight in Plano Texas probably has a 99% better chance of being safe doing so.

when i went to get my PS4 i took a friend that had a CCW/CCL and a 9mm, so if i was robbed, the robber would have been double tapped.
but anyway, currently enjoying my PS4. so far its running well.
looks like i wont have to buy a turtle beach for this unit (ever) cause the Mic jack on the controller outputs stereo sound (own a set of earbuds with inline mic). hold the home button, select adjust devices, and select output to headphones (select all audio), the only thing they need to add is a second volume slider to adjust chat volume, it currently has one slider which controls chat and game audio. yeah you can go into the games options and turn down the game audio so you can hear the chat audio better (but it would be faster by holding the home button to adjust on the fly). im just glad i do not have to spend another $70-120 just for a headset that will eventually break in a years time, the headsets i bought a while ago only cost me around $15 and has lasted for quite a while longer.
game streaming works quite well, tried it with a few friends watching me play blacklight, so far i only have those free to play games. waiting so i have the funds to buy a few disk based games (might buy a few digital copies of the games).
just glad my system isnt having any of the reported issues (knock on wood).

I can assure you the diversity in the usa. but all major cities I've been too were horrible. absolutely horrible. ran down houses. poverty everywhere. horrible amtosphere. only in southern cities the weather made up some of it. but I hope you;ve ever been to europe and seen the difference. the nature in usa is truly incredible and something I've never seen before. but the cities and especially las vegas, which I would call hell on earth made a horrible impression on me
Las Vegas is a dump. It is far from the measuring stick of you average city. Travel 250 miles east to a nice place like Santa Fe, where the the Native American culture and art is influential on arcitecture and feel of the city. There's a reason the show Cops was filmed very often in Las Vegas and Little Rock, because they are crime heavy cities, filled with poor people.
Denver Colorado is a beautiful city, with very pleasant people, as is Salt Lake City, Spokane Washington, Portland Oregon, Green Bay Wisconsin and Minneapolis.
You shouldn't judge a country based upon a select few cities with high population and high crime rates.
