    Considering how things have turned out in the last few weeks,
    one of those might actually be necessary.

    The main criticism is that Google does not yet have a business option. If (more like "when") they do, then this will be fine. Unless, of course, they've announced something I've missed already for a business tier, in which case: nvm and carry on.

    Affirmative and fair criticism.

    They do not as of now have a business plan(FAQ says they are working on it). Though to be fair, people should have expected similar things based on Google's other waffles in terms of policy.
    But again, perfectly fair criticism.
