Japanese megadrive SATURDAY NIGHT SLAM MASTERS??? +more never released japanese MD

I have started to get suspicious about buying Japanese md games on eBay now i no SATURDAY NIGHT SLAM MASTERS was not released on Japanese megadrive and wolverene and i have seen double dragon as well.
These games all have colored manuals and embossed logos on cartridges and patents are these fake or is a new company making them they look so real i am thinking even rare tittles like eliminate down are fake and other rarer games.

Can some 1 tell me whats going on i don't think i wanna buy any more MD titles these look real are the other titles real i am thinking there not???.

All Japanese MD box arts has Sega and Mega Drive written somewhere, and this one doesn't. Also, that game was never ( at least officially) released in Japan.
Curiously, this one has the Capcom logo on it tought.

I think it's fake ( albeit a really well produced and expensive one).
