ok I want to buy a playseat but only if it works on dreamcast as I consider that system the mother of racing games. however, I can't find any info on how they are compatible. also if it could work with proper gear shifter like in a real car that some playseats offer.
anyone any idea or experience?

Couldn't you just build your own or modify an existing one to use a Dreamcast Steering wheel? I was always under the impression that those kind of set ups were pretty much just a basic frame for mounting your racing wheel and fake bucket seat to.

maybe I could but the thing is I would really like to have a seperate gear shifter like in a real car and I have no idea if any existing dreamcast steering wheels could be modified like that. to be honest I don't like any of them, but I doubt any newer steering wheels are dreamcast compatible. not that I can find at least. however by looking at playseats I was really amazed at the quality they have. but for me it would be important to play dreamcast racinggames on them
