That's ridiculous. I don't know what part of the website you've been looking at, but, both, the Re-Print USD and Re-Print-EP versions of the game on the Genesis are very much still available for pre-order; the same as the rest of all their Pier Solar merchandise. Just be patient like the rest of us were when we first got our copies and you'll get yours once the number of pre-orders reaches market feasibility.

Now, I've checked on the publisher's website to see if they were still selling the game, but all they sell right now are ports of the game on other consoles.
I've checked on eBay and everyone sells the game at an insanely high price (around $200).

Is there any place where I could buy the game at a reasonable price?

There's a free demo basd on the beta build (I think) that's available too. (plyable via emulation)

The pre-order price isn't bad though. (you just have to be willing to wait for the order total to reach the critical level for the next production run to actuall release)

That was a copy of the original run which ended that high. The price for reprints now is $50, and the last sold copy of the game I saw went for about $96, so a slight premium over the retail cost.

It's just an above average RPG, nothing amazing gameplay wise although the gather system is kinda neat. Really the strong point of the game is that it's a genesis rpg that looks and sounds beautiful while playing well too. Without being a genesis game it's just not that special, get the genesis version really.
