Today, I beat Soviet Strike for PS1 - the last game in the Strike Series I had yet to beat. My father and I both beat the first 3 for Genesis together, and now that Ive got a copy of both Soviet and Nuclear strike he wants to play and beat those as well. A great series - now Ive completed one of my dreams: To beat every Strike game Electronic Arts put out....

Pretty nice accomplishment. Also, good to see your father is still gaming, most likely in his late 40's or early 50's.
PS1 is a sweet system and too often bashed for the early 32 bit graphics. Still some great games on that system.It is finished!

Have you beaten Future Cop LAPD? It was originally going to be a Strike game, after all.
But yeah, great accomplishment. They are pretty hard games.

He'll be 61 on valentines day - he's been a gamer from the start, but kinda tapered off after the 16 bit era. I know That Future Cop LAPD was supposed to be Future Strike, but got scrapped and recycled. Hard games indeed - I would never have beaten Jungle Strike without my dad thats for sure - that night level always whooped my ass! X_x

Congrats dude, beating any game is an accomplishment, let alone a hard one like that. I played it in the late 90's, but haven't played it since. Sadly, I've never played any of the Genesis versions

My neighbor used to have Red Zone! The only 2 reasons I remember it was cause A. He always claimed it was better than the Strike games and B. cause the animation for the helicopter blades was always wrong (AKA Only see half the blades spinning....) MaxWar - About what I do with every ninja gaiden game - rage quit in a real way... X_x
