i was wondering did any hackers or developers do more with the bleemcast software (i.e make more games work with dreamcast like tekken 3 or gran turismo 2)
or was it to hard for he software to be programmed

Developers can't do anything with bleemcast as the source code is not available, it is not open source.
Hackers have recently cracked the copy protection but without source code you cannot do any significant changes to the program itself.
However, there was a leaked beta that can run a couple of more games with varying results. I recommend G-Darius which runs 100 percent perfectly.
The Mega Drive was far inferior to the NES in terms of diffusion rate and sales in the Japanese market, though there were ardent Sega users. But in the US and Europe, we knew Sega could challenge Nintendo. We aimed at dominating those markets, hiring experienced staff for our overseas department in Japan, and revitalising Sega of America and the ailing Virgin group in Europe.
Then we set about developing killer games.

What's the payoff though? PS1 emulation on PC and other devices are free and far exceed the compatibility of bleemCast.
