I wonder if the Mega Cart would be useful for booting the Sega CD since it's essentially loading the BIOSes from the cartridge port.

Didn't the Terradrive come with a thing to make games on it? But they left that out of the Mega PC?

I'd take the 386 or the 486 variant to be honest, I just want one!

I have heard about it, but there are nowere informations in the whole www.

Yes the TeraDrive has some features to develop Mega Drive Games... but it's a 286/386... so you can imagine how far they can go ^-^
