literally the ONLY thing missing from sega cd snatcher is a nipple in the shower scene. boohooo

And some humourous elements, and another nipple on a dead Snatcher, and a complete change of outfit for Katrina for reasons unknown (as well as her age and name change). The missing humour is the most glaring point of censorship as in the original it clearly makes Gillian out to be a complete perv, something that I'm assuming was probably taken out because it wasn't very heroic and western culture isn't as fond of its heroes being letches.

Gillian is still pervy and creepy in the US edition, it's just a little more subtle in places.

Honestly it's a change worth making, the idea of someone creeping around a 14 year old girl when they are in their 30s is gross.

Especially when Katrina suggests something more could have been if things were different later on in the game.

Honestly, I never minded the changes made to the game during localization - I was stoked we got everything we did. For it's time the game was pushing the envelope in terms of content on video game consoles (I have to list that qualifier in order to keep people from jumping down my throat with PC gaming).

What bothered me was the love triangle thing, so Gillian is desperately trying to get back with his wife, and then at the end underage chick
and secretary chick are both pretty much admitting to loving him, while his wife is standing there as well, oblivious to everything.

I mean I'm all for the "guy gets a lot of bitches" at the end ending, but this just felt so weird.. almost polygamously weird.
