Most bizarre Genesis games?

Everyone who witnesses me play Earthworm Jim finds the game very bizarre and strange. It is one of the best non-Sega made games and one of my personal favorites nonetheless. It's like a Saturday morning cartoon your parents wouldn't want you watching which is ironic as it came a cartoon.

Taz-Mania if only for the sound effects.

I mean, the rocks make music when they walk. Not to mention the sound they make when they stick their tongue.

Omg yeah !! Or when Taz dies.. gives me the creeps..

Dark Castle is kind of bizarre too.. With these little hands that say.. nananannaa nanananaa.. Or when this guys fall... wooaaaahh... wwuuhhhwuhwwuhhhhuuhhhh... eeewhuuuu ... : ))))

played it for about 10 minutes and had no clue what was going on, most Genesis games I own I have atleast some idea of the premise or objective.

Panic! on Sega CD is pretty bizarre. You just push buttons that trigger strange and amusing animations which are reminiscent of Terry Gilliam's animations from Monty Python. Eventually, you press the correct button and move on to the next screen.
