    Default Help me remember this C64 game.

    I'm trying to remember a Commodore 64 game, but the problem is I.. never played it. ;_;

    I just remember seeing a picture on Lemon64 a couple times, but that site is down now.
    sigh, I remember it being a text adventure and there were images on screen. so a text adventure
    with images as you progress, the image I saw was that of a classic wooden ship anchored at a harbor.
    for some reason I think its some sort of amazon or Africa adventure, but I can't remember the name!

    It's definitely not Heart of Africa, it's really a text adventure without onscreen guys.

    It's also not Pirates!, it's really a text adventure.

    I remember the quality of the onscreen image to be pretty detailed, no MS paint like drawings.
    so it must be a late 80's game.

    No problem. There are a million adventure games on C64 but those clues narrowed it down.

    I've never heard of that one. You sure are on your game NeoZeedeater.
    A Black Falcon: no, computer games and video games are NOT the same thing. Video games are on consoles, computer games are on PC. The two kinds of games are different, and have significantly different design styles, distribution methods, and game genre selections. Computer gaming and console (video) gaming are NOT the same thing."
